RunFitUK – Coaching

We are glad to announce that from 2nd November 2015 we will be partnering with RunFitUK, helping to run their Monday evening running sessions. Each session will start at 8PM and will take place outside the Storage Pod, Brooklands, Weybridge – the location can be found here.

This running session caters for all ability levels and aims at improving running ability. Individual goals may be to improve marathon times, lower recovery times or simply to improve running technique.


Who are RunFitUK?

“Cassie and Leanne originally met through their mutual passion for running. Whilst out running, having one of their usual ‘run chats’ they started talking about their dream running club. A club that would improve all aspects of running fitness that could be done alongside their existing training. The sessions would be flexible and at different times throughout the week to help fit around family and work. This would mean they could still enjoy training together and have fun as part of a group whilst continuing to build towards their individual goals at the same time. This is how RunFitUK was born…”

FREE taster session

Want to see what RunFitUK sessions are all about? Come along to one of our FREE RunFitUK taster sessions and see how we can help you improve your running. Each session will last one hour and is open to new and existing members of any ability.

Each taster session is FREE to attend all you need to do is give us your name and email address and select the session you wish attend.

We require a minimum of 5 attendees for each running session to go ahead—confirmation will be sent out via email in the week leading up to the event.
