Chrissie started training in 2014 with the desire to change her body. She joined us with a strong will and determination to become a healthier and more active person.
With a busy work schedule and active social life she found it hard to find time to be active. When she did find the time, often didn’t know what to do, especially in the gym.
Slowly but surely, progress has been made. Chrissie now has more energy, sleeps better, eats more sensibly and best of all, loves being active!
